*Good news: The return period for our products is extended from 2/11/2020, you will have until 31/01/2021 to return your products purchased on this e-shop. You can anticipate your Christmas shopping with complete peace of mind.
According to article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, all customers who place an order on a merchant site can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of their product(s) without any justification. particular.
To return the product(s) you ordered, you must complete the return form which is in the package you received (you can also download it from our site) and follow the instructions. The costs of returning your products are your responsibility. Upon receipt of your products, we will issue a partial or full refund of your order (depending on the number of products returned - and excluding any return delivery charges you paid) within 14 calendar days (at most later) after receipt of your product(s).
